Guess who's back!

(Hopefully for REAL good, this time.)
I didn't think a 3-year anticipation would lead to a burnout getting all burnt up, but I guess I really trusted myself that much to let my jive come back naturally, huh?
Anyways, hey again folks! shintsukimi205--otherwise Shin, Shint, Lil' Shit, whatever you lot are comfortable with--back after... years, actually! Behind the scenes, I was pretty much doing my own thing and vice versa; I was able to learn a few things and develop a few more things as well...
Why don't I tell you about some of them? Since we're already here, after all!

For some of you that have tuned into my stuff from the longest time ago, there's no doubt that you may have heard of The Absolute, which is this literary project where it was meant to conclude a series of drawing requests that slowly unraveled into this story involving the shut-in named Rey having to face the version of herself in those drawing requests--the "camera" in those supposed dreams, Iko. Without beating around the bush too much, it was pretty much put on hiatus since I was burnt out on Newgrounds stuff and writing a big piece such as that, which is a fault on my end.
3 years later, and... I'll be honest, I have some interest in picking it back up again. My writing style has definitely improved (or at least I'd say it has) and I think it'd help stuff feel less convoluted in the long run; That, and I wouldn't want to leave it hanging, since a lot of people have contributed to that project as a whole...
I can't promise a target release date or promise that I'd start it as soon as now or later since I also have some other errands to deal with, but just know that I'll give you guys a BIG heads up about it. Because, damn. I REALLY wanna see that through the end; It's practically in my bucket list, now.

A series of posts I did where people could pick from silhouettes in a selection to then unveil an art piece made for them. I'll be honest, I don't think I'll be continuing with that unless I start from scratch...
I'm not sure if anyone is relatively bummed out about that--and if someone is, I would like to assure that it's still alright; I got plenty 'a chances to both reset it and start with the remaining roster + a few new people and/or even just.. make something related of them in my own time. That, and considering my current skills in art; It hasn't changed drastically, but the quality would be an interesting contrast.
If someone does want me to continue it, I'll see if there are any opportunities!

Recently, out of some encouragement I uploaded something into the Writing BBS; It was something I made out of boredom and out of inspiration from listening to a certain song that trended not a long while back--with some refinements and all that; It didn't have a name previously, but I gave it the name of "graphing board" due to the two characters involved in that story. To give a short synopsis, it follows a girl named Eyfra recalling a conversation she had with her friend Chōsa during school after-hours, which took place in their club room where it was just the two of them conversing as normal, until the latter asked a rather widely-asked (at that point) question that stuck with her even as she recalled the moment.
There's more detailed background information inside the post itself, so feel free to check it out when you have the time! If I feel motivated, that is when I'll most likely officially start of "An2l0gy5"; A series of small stories that have some connection with each other and vice versa.
... but I wouldn't want to say I yearn to get THAT high yet. I'll let it come naturally, haha.
So like The Absolute, I'll give a big heads-up if ever.

During my free time, with the combination of IbisPaintX and Capcut at my disposal, I was able to take my hand on doodling very rough animatics for the first time (At least, for the first time it was done properly?) and... needless to say, much as it needs ironing out and likewise, I think I'm pretty proud of myself so far. I'll probably upload a few here in my own time, though they definitely have ways to go in terms actual animation quality.

FLStudio Mobile in hand, I went from simple FNF vocal-swap covers to FNF vocal-swap covers with custom chromatics to FNF vocal-swap covers where the custom chromatics were made by me to-- okay, I'm trailing off.
What I'm trying to say is that during that time, I was able to muster up courage to try and make my own renditions, which kicked off after I learnt a bit of music theory for my piano lessons. Like the animatics, I may post some of my own in my own time (and the quality thing, blah blah) but goodness it's hard to mix proply in FL Studio Mobile; Either that, or its a skill issue on my end.

So it's really been that long of a while, huh? Hopefully I stay true to my word and really say in confidence that "I came back"... though I'm sounding a bit like a broken record, aren't I? I hope I made my point then, haha.
I'll most likely make another post with even more stuff to say sooner or later! With even more stuff to show! Post! All that fancy shticks! But for now?...
... I need to understand how logarithms and exponentials work.
