Anywho, to clarify, these are answers to a QnA I hosted a while back. But if you still got questions, I can answer!

Hey! It's been a real while, huh?

Guess I could confirm that, in a way. I was sorta busy with a thread that ended just yesterday (Though has chances of continuing after a while), and some IRL stuff, but... you're here for the QnA, so I'll cut the chitter chatter and get straight to the point!

- What inspired you to join Newgrounds? -

Well, I'll make this semi-brief, but let's just say a certain game's honorary mentions managed to let the bandwagon finally start it's course. (Oh right, it's also the very first thing I uploaded in my account, that very piece.)

- On the assumption that you have a fairly large roster of characters, who do you enjoy drawing the most? -

In all honesty, no clue! Sure, I haven't drawn quite a few for quite some time (Let's say Distinct, the robo-boi I drew from this one) but it feels oddly satisfying going back to them....

- Also on this same assumption, if you were to pit that entire roster into a battle royale scenario, who's most likely to come out victorious? -

The Shattered Conqueror. No Question.

- What are your interests and what do you like to talk about? -

Okay, this will be quite the answer...

When it comes to interests, it's a bit long to list, and I'd just ramble about it for the remainder of this whole thing, but I guess I'll summarize it.

...somehow.

I'll sort of rank it from least to most in a top 3 sort of things, more of ranking from which one I do more/less. 

Third being, well, drawing as a whole. Nothing really against it, though reason is either being unmotivated or my schedule's packed, though if I ever have the opportunity to do so, and I got an idea, I make sure I take it. 

Second being, well, roleplaying. It's more of a past time nowadays, but thanks to that, like it or not, nothing against ya, it helped me build a structure for the stories of most, if not all my characters. I don't do it as much as I did before, mainly because the people I do it with have quite the schedule now, but, uh, I guess if you wanna, we can..? I don't know. This is a QnA, not some big-ass roleplay invitation.

First being, well, doing nothin'. Going my own pace, being carefree, all that. I'm pretty sure you guys had a moment like this to the point you understand, and that I don't have to explain further.

Oh, and what I like to talk about? Long story short, roleplay bullshit, either my side of it or yours, random bullshit, fandom bullshit, all that stuff. So if you feel like talking about all that, feel free to hit me up.

- What inspires you to work on art, videos, games, etc. ? -

Well, this one's a bit more complicated, but like the last question, I'll try and summarize.

So basically, all it takes is one 'eureka', and I'm off. This is for either for me to post for NG, a thing amongst friends, or just because I wanted to.

What sparks the 'eureka' practically is random. A small idea, a song, boredom, that's strangely all it takes, really.

And if I ever do lose motivation somehow, cue a break, then making sure I push myself from time to time to finish what I started.

- What's ya shit? What your setup, what do you use to make art? -

At least, for now, simple stuff.

All I need is a handheld device like a phone or IPad, and something to upload it with, which is via my laptop. I do most of my shit with my laptop nowadays so....

Oh right, I use IbisPaint to make my art lmfao

- Are you more of a console gamer or a PC gamer? -

PC. At least, nowadays.

I mostly find interest in playing the rhythm game genre nowadays too, like Chainsaw Dance (Yoo Chainsaw Man is getting an anime!) or Friday Night Funkin (And it's Mods, sometimes), but to sum it up, Newgrounds stuff is what I play nowadays.

Had to take a moment here just to inform you guys about something... bad-.. ish, if it's in your point of view, though it's for a short while, so...

Sadly, I'll just focus on this, than the normal ones, since I feel like this needs to be addressed first and foremost. No, it's nothing too severe, on't worry.

A. Storage (Almost) Full.

...yep, my phone has a love-hate relationship with me.

So, you know how storages of ( Apple(?) ) products, most notably IPhones, IPads, have this big mystery to them how the storages work? Yeah, uh, so it struck back, and now I have full storage. Deleted stuff? Offloaded most, if not all apps? Deleted most of my saved Youtube videos for offline listening? Only brought it down a little. I.. may need advice on how to deal with this.

I'm not saying I can't draw, but I'm sort of paranoid-ish, since the app I use for drawing solely depends on the storage, and if it's full storage, I'm kicked out of the app until I get some. So, I might make a small one or two.

B. Small Apology.

Okay, uh, this is one thing I need to address, which also connects to how slow I'm going nowadays, but, I'd like to apologize first and foremost to those that reached out to me and expected something for me to give in return.

The reason why I'm not delivering as.. early, was mostly since I've been losing motivation due to both IRL things and since I'm a bag of potatoes. Even if I want to do those things, and even contribute like before, I just felt.. tired. I even tried focusing on projects I started myself, but then I found myself doing those instead of what was asked of me.

I'll just.. continue part of this portion on the last part.

C. Planned Break Intervals.

I'm planning on taking breaks on small periods of time, not a fully-fledged break, but at least me just trying to know where I'm at, and sort of.. god, I don't know how to say it. Basically, I'll just take breaks from doing these stuff at a god-who-knows interval, then hopefully do what was asked of me. I won't be making empty promises, and I'll be completely transparent when I say this, but me, being someone who was never so sure, cannot assure that I'll suddenly grab the motivation and do this.

I.. don't mean to shed anything nor myself in a negative light, I assure that. But, I feel as if I really needed to get this out of my system, and try to strive for getting myself in tip-top shape.

...I might as well ask you, the one reading this, if I'm doing something wrong, since a gut feeling is telling me that I am. So if there is, PLEASE tell me, since I feel like I need, and can, improve compared to last time.

Sorry for the long wait, for those who like stuff like this! I just felt down for a bit, as in I didn't feel like doing stuff like writing a lot of things down on a post. Not that I hate it, believe me, but it felt overwhelming.

But hey! At least I'm writing this now! And I feel as if this thing may need an overhaul or so, and it's something I'd like to do to see what's easier, especially since now it'll all be summed up and not one large paragraph, though (hopefully) enough to keep you both updated and endulged.

B. 50+ Milestone.. Contest?

So apparently this was supposedly for 50 Fans, but now there's more than that and hoo boy.

If you don't know the details, the theme of the contest is 'Random', basically think of the most randomest thing you can think of, and the most randomest (and most unique) of the submissions will be gaining a prize. Right now, I don't have a wallet, and the best I can do is draw for the winner (and runner ups), it being the same price (Any character/background of choice), though varying from the following:

1st - Basically the kind of stuff you'd find in my uploads

2nd - Same as the first, excluding stuff like the shading, etc.

3rd - Rough Draft

So, if the prizes are of interest to you (And maybe you wanna do it for fun regardless if you'll get it or not), feel free to send me your results in my PMs on or before June 1, 2021 - 12 AM EST.

I collaborated with @CandySweetssJr to put together a 'picture' of sorts involving both of our characters, check it out below!

All-in-all, I'm speechless on the final result! Heck, all I did was the characters I drew and the layers of the background (excluding my signature), and then @CandySweetssJr just blew EVERY expectation out of the water with the effects, blending the background together, basically EVERYTHING ELSE! So you should really follow him along because he's got some REAL talent you're not gonna wanna miss out on, especially since he's got some projects of his own, most notably his Entry Series.

He's open for collabs like this, so give him a PM if you wanna do something like this with him, won't you? He's a really chill guy too, so you don't have to worry so much. Heck, I even got to ask him to teach me a thing or two a few times, and doing small talk with him practically lightened my mood.

Though if you're uninterested in doing collabs, the best you could do is to go check out his portfolio at least once, okay? To me, he's criminally underrated, so I'm sure as hell it'd make both of our days to see you guys enjoy it. Not only the piece itself, but whatever we got cookin'.

Okay, okay, uh... composure restored, but I'm pretty sure you saw me thank you guys in Update 4.5, but, y'know, I REALLY got to say it again, and maybe repeat that at times, because I never thought I'd be getting this far.

School ended, and I'm done getting most my stuff together (If.. I didn't mention that in my last posts, d- Did I?) in order to comply with a few deadlines that are pending.

Updates

Well, you see, there IS a reason why I'm sort of considering this one of my biggest updates at the moment.

You see, I'm planning a small project of sorts, it isn't too big, nor small, but something I felt inspired to do after a certain piece.

Something I'll dub 'Delusatory Diegesis' for now, until I think of another name, or until I consider a suggestion (If.. there will be any.)

Basically, the whole idea of the project is telling the stories of a few characters I have had over the past year (Including a guest character that belongs to a friend of mine, though they aren't in the site as far as I'm concerned), whilst trying out new styles to make each one unique from each other.

They may or may not be all connected. I will not reveal it to the public, but I'll consider in private...

The stories told so far consist of Ashes (Which summarizes the repeated cycles of despair of Rey Ikusaba) and Timely (Which tells the tale and struggles of Ikuro Muusaba). Though from the silhouettes being presented (Choices being the 1st and 3rd from both the top and middle row to the 1st to the 3rd from the bottom row), which one do you want to hear about next? Why not comment it down?

So, I can't exactly think of a 50 fan milestone (In terms of a project to draw and such), but I can think of one thing thanks to a good friend of mine.

I'll be hosting a small 'collab piece' of sorts. Nothing too big or small, but the theme of this one is, well, 'Random'.

How it'll work is, I'll draw the background, and you (Yes, you, the one who's reading this!) will draw whatever you want. Though, uh.. one a transparent background, please! And a file size of 500 x 500 minimum to 1000 x 1000 maximum-

Anyhow, again, draw whatever's random. It can be a character you own, a character you like, or just, well, something random! It doesn't even have to be a person at this point! To the point it can just be random text on a file!

(P.S. - Don't worry about the background, I plan to work on it one the submissions are done-)

Oh right, the deadline for submissions would be until May 25th, 12 PM EST (A maximum of 3 submissions per person), just to see where this would go. And you can submit in either the comment section or a PM.
